What is Telnet Client in Windows?

It is a windows feature used to test the network connectivity.

How to Enable this Feature?

1. Open 'Windows Features', just by typing 'Turn on' in windows search.
2. Now you will see the following image

3. Go to bottom and search for Telnet Client Service

4. Now click on the check box of 'Telnet Client' and wait for it to install, after sometime you see a message on the screen saying 'Windows completed the requested changes'.
5. Click on 'Close'

Verification of installation:

1. Open command prompt on windows 
2. Type 'telnet', so that directory changes to telnet package.
3. Now type 'help', to know or get help with the commands.
